Re: Ex? Dx? Lx? Si?

Well the Si is the better performance wise and is a 2 dr, but it's techincally not a coupe but a hatchback. The EX would be technically the best coupe performance wise. I'm just being a smartass

Re: Ex? Dx? Lx? Si?

Look it up !!
They are all completely different models body wise and engine wise. Do you want a hatch or a coupe?

si- hatch DOHC-more potential for race
ex - cope SOHC

The other models are worthless.

Re: Ex? Dx? Lx? Si?

He didn't ask about looks, he asked about performance, and the answer would be the Si.

Re: Ex? Dx? Lx? Si?

The 00 model is twice the car the new ones are. Good luck with her, you'll be pretty happy once you put a few mods on it.

you want an si? You can have my 99 si for $12,000.

Comes with [email protected] (you also get b20 crank which will yeld you 12psi)
hondata S2b/ RC 550s
Clutchmaster 3
GSR cams
kamikaze or DC 4-1 header (you get a choice on this one)
Greddy Evo
Carsound cat
Proactive adjustables on Tokico Illuminas
Autometer ultralite (oil, AF, Boost/vac)
DC bars on front and rear
Comptech Icebox
OEM fogs
etc,etc,etc............theres other parts too, i just cant remember. nothing ricey tho.

If you dont want all this stuff then, I can take it all off and give you a completely stock 99 si for $10,000. I just dont want to go through the hassle of pulling all this stuff off again, then reinstalling the stock parts. Pain in the A$$ IMO. Waxed 2 times a year and oil changed with Mobil 1 fully synthetic every 3500 miles. mileage at 105,220. New tires last month (Falken Ziex, but if you want the Azenis, you can just take them with you too).

I will also settle for an Odyssey or pilot plus cash (my cash that is).

If you want it and serious with cash in hand (if not, then go get a loan ), pm is the key.

Re: Ex? Dx? Lx? Si?

Sounds pretty nice, But Im looking for something ALOT lower on the mileage.

Not looking to do alot of engine work either. Really what I want to do is close to what xproductionz did to his car. Probably nothing more then cat back system, CAI, KN Filter, New headers, lowered some and some rims/tires. Bout it for me, MAYBE a body kit if I can find one thats not too Aggressive.
