Ricer?

Hi, im new to the whole car scene, and alot of my friends and stuff refer to some souped up cars as ricers. WTF is a ricer? lol

I personally believe an exargerated and way to aggressive looking body kit, any sory of underbody neons, and a not real exhaust, just a tip or bolt on universal dirty sounding muffler, entitles a car to be cheap, or aka "rice", basically dont make it look stupid or dont model after Fast and Furious, and you should be ok.

A ricer in my opinion would be a car wanabe fast or looks fast but is not .you know the wing , neons, bodykits, two white stripes across a geo metro. and if you look under the hood you are going to see a STOCK engine.

no always true
some things people add on because they like the idea
if it conflicts with your opinion doesnt mean they are a ricer
