97 Grand voyger Radiator fan location??

HELP! 97 Plymouth Grand Voyger 3.3. I am unable to locate radiator fan relay? or ralays I'm only getting 9 volts at fans and need 12 figure is has to be the relays any info would be very much appreciated. Tom

Did you look under the long plastic cover located on the drivers side of the engine compartment? Most of the relays are located there.

Yep been their and at the fuse panel under steering wheel. need to go trace things out thanks Tom

For those interested found it while installing a temp fan relay $100.00 later all better it was located below the air filter housing 2x2 x 1/4".
