98 GTP Prand prix, Electrical power shuts off

Hi I have a problem that I'm not sure what is going on it seems to be intermittent. you can start the car but when you start going the car shuts off (Everything electrical shuts down dead) Then usually the power comes back on & I can restart my car. It has happend around 4 times in 2 day & it came about all of a sudden. I have noticed that right before it dies the TCS light comes on for about a second & then she dies. It kinda sounds like a ground issue but I would like any suggestions if you have any

Deffenetly check all the grounds and fuses. Also, maybe it could be a bad fuel pump resistor??
