49 merc sectioned channeled chopped

hey guys i was wondering if you could help me choose a color for my 49 merc . the body has had about and 1/8 of an inch taken out and chopped aboutanother 1/8 inch im either putting a blown deatiled 392 hemi in it or a 427 revell parts pak. the car has been smoothed and reinforced with fiberglass due to the weakening caused by the sectioning. i might make scalloped hood scoops as well but that maybe later well if you can help choose a color it would be appreciated

bright pink sounds sweet as does any candy color maybe panther pink and hot pink pearl mix with like white yellow flames or something and like cande apple red fade on the bottom something like that hey gtmike how is the custom hot rod coming
