Studio 27 1/12 Honda RC211V 2002/2003 grade-up parts

Well, i'm having a little problem with the Studio 27 1/12 Honda RC211V 2002/2003 grade-up parts, there is a part that i don't now were it goes, does anyone now how it work, or were it goes?

that part is for protectin the disc brakes..

but only used during wet weather.. i suggest not to use.. somemore dun haf the wet tires..

I just bought that upgrade kit, but haven't started it yet. What is your opinion of the fit for the parts.

I only got to the half of the upgrades, but until now it's a great upgrade kit, the rear brake disk, is awesome, the only tricky part is the exhaust pipe the side one, it's a little difficult to bend.

I've never seen them used for wet weather, only cold weather testing, but I could be wrong.
