Accord rims and tires, HELP
Hi, i've recently bought my accord 94 lx, and i'm planning on buying rims and a suspension for it. I'm going to get 18" rims, but can somebody please tell me if a 18x7 rim would fit and what tire size should i get with the 18x7 rim. Here are my options
225/40/18), (215/35/18), (235/40/18), (245/40/18). I dont really know how to read these sizes but i want to make sure that the tires i buy ARE low profile tires. Some people told me in order to lower my car (1.5"-2.0"), and put 18" rims on it, i would have to cut the inside of the wheel well and whole bunch of shit but i dont want to do that. Can someone please help me on this and point me in the right direction cuz i just cant find the answer. PLEASE HELP!!!! |

Re: Accord rims and tires, HELP
GO to tirerack.com and play with their configurator. They also provide tire options.

I Got A 94 Cord Wit 18's. I Didnt Have To Modify Anything In Order For Them To Fit.the Correct Size Tire For Your Car Is 225/40/18. If You Plan On Dropping It Real Low, You Should Put 215/35/18. The Rims Should Not Be Bigger Than 18x7.5 Or You Will Have Problems.i Have Been Ridin My 18's For 2 Years With No Problems.just Watch Potholes.
