so my parents just moved to this shit hole town in no cal and they dont require smog on cars that are already registard in your name. Today i just gave the DVM money for my old civic that wont pass and i got my tags and the car isnt even insured yet(when i found out that my car wasnt going to pass then i decided i wasent going to pay for insurace). The problem is that its in the northren most county in cali called siskyou county ands its about a 3-4 hour drive from sacto. All you need for registration is a mailing adress so get a PO box in one of the towns, the closest is dunsmire

its true you do need a post office box and that could cause truble but most of the towns there dont have more than a few thousand people that live in them. also if you get a ticket its hard to explaine that you dont live at the adress listed or the city (I say im going to college is sac the asshole one tell me to cahnge my adress the others dont car) i had a rx-7 for three years and never smoged it untill it was sold
