03 TB broke down and had to be towed!!!
Hey All,
Just thought I would pass this along. We have an 03 Trailblazer with 8000 miles on the clock. We took the kids to the park the other day, after loading all our picnic stuff and the kids the TB would not start. It would turn over just fine and actually start but immediately shut down. Here is the dealer remedy from off the work order: Necessary to replace throttle body assy. due to an internal short causing code P1514, throttle body performance code--necessary to replace PCM due to a non running engine with reduced power light on & P1220 code set--PCM was commanding 100% throttle actuation at all times. Take it for what it's worth guys!!! Take Care

Just to follow up on this.
It has now been 3 weeks and 4 tows to the dealer!!!! The PCM computer has shorted itself out 3 times, The dealer suggested that I hire a law firm and SUE GM!!! That is exactly what I plan to do. I have purchased a lemon that GM cannot fix. The computer has an 8 year/80000 mile warranty. My TB has 9500 miles on it. Hope nobody else has this problem. GM= GENERICALLY MADE GMC= Garage Mans Companion See ya all later
