Question no juice to fuel pump

Please, could somone help me out. I have no power going to my fuel pump. I traced the wire to the passenger side where it goes into the dash, and no power. I have replaced the relays in the engine compartment, nothing. I tested the wires in coming out of the relays, and in the #1 relay both black/blue wires have no power. Does anyone think that there might be a problem with my electric controll module. please any information would be great.
thank you miikew24
