Honda S2000 rear lights
I need just the rear lights from Honda S2k...any other ways to get them except buying the whole kit? I tried to look from HLJ and all the kits were backordered...

Re: Honda S2000 rear lights
Is it the little round lenses or the big one that goes across the whole assembly? If it's just the round lenses, you could get by using some aftermarket lenses, like Veyron (I think) used. Scope his car at the S2000 meet over in Progress/Completed section. It'll look close enough, good as a custom, but if you're trying for the real deal... well, Tamiya seems to be good about part replacement.

The thing is that I'm planning my next project and the S2k:s rear lights are included. And I need the whole package. The round lenses and the big ones too.
I wonder if I buy the S2000 kit and try to order the replacement lights...that way I still could build the S2000 kit. It feels stupid to buy a kit just for its rear lights. While planning my ideas are flying and the budget rises sky high.
