95 3.1 crank no start.

95 3.1. monte carlo.63,000 mi. Cranks,won't start.cooling fan is on.fuel pump
runs. injectors run all the time with the key in run.has fuel pressure and spark.
turn the key off and the cooling fan stays on and drains the battery.
jump started with wot.finally started idle is all over the place.
trans starts in second,low oil level flashes,speedometer fluctuates.
no engine lamp illuminated. All the fuses are ok,the plugs and wires are ok.
Has a new map sensor.
have experience with Ford;But not GM.

any ideas?

wow ,that was weird. the processor was the problem.
i bought a used one from the junk yard and popped it in.
it runs like a champ.
