Wipers Keep Running
'89 Skylark. Wipers keep running for a while after they are shut off. I think it is either the control module next to the speedo or possibly a part that AC Delco calls a wiper switch (OEM#22063283). This part is not visible while seated in the car. Any suggestions on what is most likely?
