1998 Nissan Maxima - Spark Plug Location
Ok, it's my first time trying to change spark plugs on a V6 engine..and where are they located!?!?! lol... i bought the "BOSCH" spark plugs and I can't see to find them! If anyone has pics, that would be EXCELLENT! =D
(Are the spark plug located underneath the "RED" thingies? cause i took the red thingy out..and there was this thing that looked like spark plugs, but it didn't match the same size as the ones i've bought!)..but yeah..let me know. Thanks! |

Re: 1998 Nissan Maxima - Spark Plug Location
Here you go
It's very easy to do. And while you have them out, pour a capful of tranny fluid in each cylinder to help clean out the carbon deposits; this generates a lot of smoke so make sure your back end is outside. And return the Bosch plugs. Only use NGKs in your Maxima. You can go platinum or copper but just make sure they're NGKs. ~THT |
