O-2 Sensor location
I know, really elementary question, but I can't seem to put my finger on the front oxygen sensor on a 2000 Venture van. Dash light bugs wife and she won't let me put duct tape over it. Bought the sensors and replaced the rear one, the one in the exhause pipe below the seat, but one up near the engine seems more elusive. It's probalby about to bite me on the nose, but I just can't seem to see it, or the harness that comes from it. Anyone got some good directions?

Re: O-2 Sensor location
Yes, there is a sensor up there. I changed mine on my 1998 Venture and the CEL light went away. You need to remove the forward upper engine mounts and roll the engine forward as far as possible, then reach around the engine to find the 02 sensor on the exhaust manifold BEFORE the convertor. A special socket $9) and lots of patience is needed to work the sensor loose and install a new one. It's done blind as you really cant see the sensor. It took me about 2 hours.

On ramps from the Bottom
I changed my 98 upstream one from the bottom on ramps. It kills your arms though. The downstream one is easy.
