Don't know anything about this so... Is there an external coil for a dist. on 93 V6 LE Camry, manual trans?

nope...there is no external coil, it's locate inside the distributor, however year 1994-up has coil built in, it is distributerless system.

There is a wire coming from the distributor going to something that looks like a fuse box or something like that. Can you tell me what this is?
