loose brake items,but more likely axle bearing siezed.

Have it fixed
It can be a mechanical issue.
I have seen the hydraulic proportioning valve stick and fail to allow the wheel to release. There is no big issue to geting it fixed before it causes the car to leave the road. Fixing the damage afterwards can be very expensive. Later,
