ABS pump runs after motor turned off
I have a 2001 Chevy Tahoe that appears to have an ABS brake system problem. With the engine off a pump or motor continues to run near the rear axle of the truck. The ABS warning lite came on. Concerned about running the battery down I removed the fuse to the ABS system. The brakes continue to work fine with the fuse out. Of course, the dealer wants to replace the whole unit ($1200.00). Any suggestions?

Go on ebay and type in EBCM. Its a bad electronic brake control module.
Easy fix and wont cost but 125.00 plus your time. |

antilock brake problems
These guys can save you alot of trouble and money
www.circuitsolutions.info www.modulemaster.com They will take you through it step by step. They saved me $1,200.00 under a dealer quote. If your pump runs after you kill it, pull the fuse. You will still have brakes, just not the anti-lock |
