Get a 03 V6, save up for an Eaton roots blower and a 100 shot. You might get lucky and dip into the 12s!!!

Re: 2001 Mustang ..To buy or Not to buy

I have a 2001 V6 5spd, i used to have a 99 v6 automatic. i went to a car show and lit the tires up and made everyone look with my 5 speed. Ive never owned a Gt but its only bc of insurance and my dads an agent. im paying $1200 a year for my 2001. i also put an inake in it, and their are lots of inexpensive mods to make it fast and sound really good. If anything buy a V6 and have Ford put a v8 in it for about $8000. In 10 years thats how much insurance will have costed you. Go V6, i get laid all the time just bc its a mustang. and im good looking
