Power tailgate lock

I am looking at installing a power tail gate lock, I have heard a few bad things about them, but wanted some more feedback. Anyone had a ny good or bad experience with them?

Tailgate lock

I have installed several and also have one on my truck. As long as they are installed properly and WIRED PROPERLY you should have no problems. Let me know if I can help out.
