Rear tire bounce even with new shocks!

I have new shocks and i still get rear tire bounce. rear right tire bounces bad when there is little weight on the tire like in a hard right turn. on a left hard turn with weight on tire there isnt any problem. i have an 88 gxl N/a any ideas

Any other suspension mods besides the shocks? Cut springs perhaps?

from what I get, he just put new stock shocks on not upgraded shocks... but he didn't exactly say so who knows
