Thx for the info covert. Yes, they are welded together, and i'm pretty sure those are the ones he is giving me. To be honest i didn't really think the size would be an issue; i thought they'd fit fine because the owner was telling me how he was going to intsall them, but never did. He never said the size was an issue and he is waaaay more knowledgable than me with cars, as i'm sure all of you are as well . This is actually my first car and i hope (and plan) to learn soooo much from it. So covert if size IS an issue, can i do a custom install? More $ of course, but if it looks mean it's worth it. I'd have to see though, because if it's going to look ridiculously over-sized i shouldn't even bother and just sell them. Yup! musashi he's giving me 2 of those for a total of 4tips & gosh i can't WAIT to have that CAR in my DRIVEWAY. I'm gonna hook it up with nascar stickers and sponsors and stuff like omg TIDE and KELLoG's with the rooster and home depot and NABISCO too! lol k jk that WouLD turn heads though .... in a weird kind of way rofl

Re: hi2uall! i'm back ... remember? lol here's my story :)

Well, the only way you are going to get them installed is custom at an exhaust shop. However, mufflers themselves wont give you tremendous gains, the catback with mufflers will. Any exhaust shop could just weld those mufflers to your stock catback, but that would be rather pointless, so get the custom exhaust. It really wont/shouldn't be more than 200 for parts and labor. Size might not be an issue, I'm just going by sight. What I was talking about was having those tips fit out the same space that the stock tips exit through the curves in the back bumper. Easy way to tell if they'll work, just hold them up behind your car and see if there is enough clearance for them to fit in there...width-wise. If you like the look than don't sell them. Just understand that with 4 4" tips, it will be loud, and possibly drone at certain speeds, so when the exhaust shop builds your new catback, make sure and ask them to keep your stock catback(they usually just throw them out) and take it home so if you don't like the sound after awhile, you can always switch it back.

k thx a lot covert. You speak the truth! Those mufflers WILL be loud, so if i get them installed i'll make sure to keep the stock catback. If there's a way to silence them though that'd be great. Well i guess now .................................................. .. the wait ....... the wait for my vehicle. I'll probably get it within 2weeks, hey maybe even next week, but boy will these days pass by really realllllllllly slowwwwwww - thx all

Ty! Yea true, but he's also kept his stock spoiler, so i'm getting that too. Now will i ever feel the NEED to put it back on? Um .... probably not! lol. The only thing i might take off is the front lip, but ONLY during the snowy winter. Can't wait to take this car out to the beach! lol and yea you probably wont see me for a while .
