Anyway, yea i agree, its not a guarantee, but the point is that you should not have ANY greater chance to escape justice if you are wealthy. A big step to help that would be to eliminate the part of the justice system dependent on clients' wealth: Paid attorneys. Is there any other part of the court that varies depending on a defendant's wealth?

It would be nice to be able to get around that wealth as you suggest, but the fact that 99% of all politicians are lawyers, I don't think its going to happen.
