what kind of motors can i fit in my 99 neon, it is 2 door sohc

a chrysler 2.4, a dohc motor, a sohc from newer neons, and a magnum motor, and also the srt-4

in other words yes a stratus motor, or a plymoth breeze motor both are the same 2.4 (chrystler) motor
