So, I've been driving an automatic '89 5 door with a d16, 1.6 and it's been wonderful. I had a short-ram intake in it, which made a little difference. Best car I've owned so far. I just found a manual '94 LS sedan with only 70,000 for $3,500, so I bought it. Thing is, I don't know what to do first. I don't want to rice it out, but I wan it to perform well. Do I get an intake first? Do I get springs? Some opinions would be great. Thanks you all.

I've got a couple hundred right now, but will have more as the year moves on. When you say "regular" intake, are you referring to a short one?

Re: New Teg, what to do first?
Go with a cat back exhaust first, then intake, and then headers. (I would go with cold air intake, just me though) After that you could get new pulleys, (unorthodox best), then a new intake manifold, throtle body, cams, valve springs, and adjustable cam gears. This should put you above the rest of the civics and basic integras. These are all just engine mods though, you must not forget about your suspension. For a good price I would go with HP coil overs and struts. They are just as good as skunk2 but half the price............fISH
