need help?!

was up guys im getting a code 17 wich is the speed sensor ivew asked this before but ive gotten little response .... what i need to know is what does the speed sensor look like and how do i replace it ... if u have pics that would be a greeeaaaaatttttt help thank u...

its thick like the throttle cable or clutch cable if you ahve a cable clutch.

look near your rear mount and you should see alittle flat spot with maybe a 2" wide round metal with a cable line coming out that goes into the firewall.

then take off your gauge cluster and its the only connection back there that isnt a wire plug, it slips in.

now if you have a electronic vss its alittle different, at the tranny its in the same spot but on the back of the gauge cluster it plugs in behind the speedometer. so on the right side of the gauge cluster
