I want to Swap engines...... please reply

OK this is it. I just got a clean 1995 integra Type: Xi-G D16A6 all stock. My friend just wrecked his 1995 Honda Civic SiR. Hes junking the car, the civic has a B16a under the hood with a integra type r intake manifold, cam gears. and other little nick nacks. I live in Japan, Its hard to find a good shop where pros can do the work to swap, but the language barrier is horrible. So the final questions are, should i swap (if so how hard is the process) , use the head, or just pull some of the parts off that i can use. Some one please reply! thanks in advance.

sure swap if you want but some things you will need will be:
-a wiring harness for the b16
-bolt ons
(damn i hate being new with these things) but there are two things you need to look in.

swap it will go directly in without needing anything and as long as you have a engine hoist you can do it yourself you cant just use the head on your block so it would be best just to swap it.
