97 Camry Moonroof problem

I have a 1997 Camry LE. my problem is that my moonroof does not work. It is stuck in the vent position opened. Could this be a fuse problem or the control swith for the moonroof? Any information I would greatly appreciate it. Thank You.

Go for the relay first. Do yo have a meter to check for voltage drop?
