well it all depends on if you want any trunk space left or not, personally in the hatch which i have i consider the backseat as trunk space as most ppl cant fit back there comfortably
i have a 12" and my friends somehow fit two 12s ( i dont think he has a spare tire tho soo ya what you want is the issue)

Re: what size subs can fit

I took my backseats out and custom built a box for two 12s. There is plenty of room for whatever you want. Those 12s looked too small if you ask me.lol

Re: what size subs can fit

Then I realized how much I didn't use it and took it out for weight reasons. It weighed in at 150 lbs.

well ya oh course installing a sub would create a ton of extra weight, but if you want the sound quality you should get it
and plus i take it out when i race becuase i don't race every fool that i see on the roads, anyways i could beat most of em with the sub SR20DET~210rwhp nough sed
plus i don't feel like these fools i see on the roads are worth the risk of getting arrested and my car impounded

Whatever man, you do what you gotta do. You make obvious points and systems were cool when you first got your car. After that, you realize that 6x9's on factory head units or a 250watt sound pretty good too. That is if your a speed tuner.

Re: what size subs can fit

^word. Subs will usually never add sound quality unless you know what you are doing.

I Had (2) 12's And (2) 10's In There At One Time In A Custom Enclosure.... Then I Decided It Was Too Heavy And Took The Tens Out Then Everything Else Got Stolen. Now I Roll Out With No Music And Just Listen To The Hum Of The Engine.

same here man you get used to the nice engine hum. i feel weird with music in a car now. I say fuck it all dont need music anyway.
although that huge space for a headunit is very ugly with nothing in it. owell nice spot for some gages(cant spell).
