how are they stuck? are the locks stuck or do you have the child lock on? if the locks dont come all the way up then push them down and pull them up hard (not too hard) and do that till it works. if thats not the case then

I can't get them open by pulling on the locks. Not sure if child lock is on cause I cannot get to the switch for it. They are just stuck and won't open from inside/outside.

Man that really really sucks. You could try using a coat hanger to pop the lock, but sice you have side to side locks on the inside thats going to be a bitch. My ex locked her keys in her car before and she had the side to side locks on her oldsmobile and I did end up getting the door open with the coat hanger method, but I also ended up fucking something up so that you couldn't lock and unlock the door anymore from the outside. But sice the rear doors on a civic don't have key holes that may not be a problem...
