Question Suggestions on what to do

In my very unsuccessful search for a car I stumbled across a 1995 Acura Integra. It's selling for 2 grand but has no engine. I'm also looking at a Volvo 850 turbo, a Honda Accord, Honda Civic, and possibly a Honda Prelude. Would it be worth my time, and possibly my money, to look at the Integra and look for an engine to go with it? If I choose to do this what kind of engine should I be looking for/get? How hard is it to put the engine in? Does it include the transmission and all that other great stuff (shows you how car literate I am)? Or should I just forget about the whole thing and look for a car with an engine? Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

the integra is a good car, if you bought the integra for 2k then it would cost at least another 3k to have a gsr engine put in. as for engines, stock for stock, the gsr or type r (type r is harder to find) is the fastest engine to put in your integra. there is also the ls motor(cheaper but not as fast). i dont know your spending limit or how well you know motors but, swaping engines is not hard for someone who does their research and knows the basics. and yes most places that sell you honda motors will come with a tranny.
