drivetrain power limits awd

Hello, I own TEAM KLR in knoxville, TN. We specalize in honda and acura performance, custom turbo kits, engine building etc.... i am thinking of buying my to be wife an AWD manual trans CRV, one with the B20 engine.
I plan to put some nice coilovers, small stereo, light wheels, and build a custom turbo kit with a competition clutch and a hondata and the works.
I will make about 300 wheel HP when I am done. This is a very easy # to reach and not stress things too much that I have to worry about it leaving her stranded somewhere. haha

my question is, does anyone know just what the awd equipment will hold up to?

at what hp atw do parts start braking?

what parts brake at this hp?

what needs to be done to remedy this problem?

is the awd manual a 5 lug or a 4 lug and what bolt pattern?

I don't know exactly either, but in a few weeks well see what it can do, I'm putting on a turbo also, somehow I doubt the 4wd will break, it's not even on most of the time. I guess if you floor it off the line and drop the clutch a bunch it's bound to break sometime... I think with normal operation and no stupid moves it should be alright. Keep all the wheels planted and dont overheat the rear wheels. (If youv'e ever been in real sand, you know what i mean.)
I would be very careful about that 300hp number though, I would gague your gains more off of the boost your running. The b20 has thin cylinder walls, and the newer v's have higher compresson, both bad for boosting. If you're not going to do any internal work, don't go overboard, more than 8psi I'd say. I've got the low compresson verson and I'm not gonna run past 7 or so until I build it.
