92 Sable Stuck on Parking. HELP !

HI i'm new to the site,

i have a lil problem on my 92 Sable, its stuck on Park and not moves . i check at the brake pedal switch and have continuity when i push the pedal and and reads 12Volt on the harness but the shifter not moves. i test all fuses whit multimeter and everyone is fine

i have to remove the center console and unhook the cable that hold the shifter to move into gear.
Its there a relay or something i need to check ???, i cannot find were the cable ends has to be from a safety shift lock solenoid or something like that.

SOMEONE PLEASE HELP !
