yeah, it replaces the cat, so rather than having all that restriction, you have a free-flowing pipe. You'll notice it in sound and grab a few more hp. Obviously it wont be 20hp to the wheels or anything, but you will pick up some hp, and for 30 bucks on ebay, I'd say it is worth it.
