2.3 91 DIS some spark good plug/wires

I was looking at a buddies 91 - 2.3 stang- Starts and runs ok but 2 of the 4 splark plugs don't seem to be firing on the left bank-
All 4 on the right bank seem fine-

Codes 218 222 223 224 Ignition module ? or ? Cant be the coil because 2 are fireing right ?

PS tach drops out once and while still runs- that's controlled by the DIS module too right ?

Any Help-ideas-info- .02$ ??

Thanks for all your help you ford guys- It was the funky 2 modules glued together that was failing...
