Exhaust help on shelby

Hello as many of you know, i build a custom Shelby series 1 with wide body. Here is the progress thread shelby series 1 thread . And i have decided that the stock exhaust is to small and I want to replace it with another one. And I have another one laying round it comes from the c5-r racing car. So what does you al think of have side pipes that comes out under the door?

Personally, I say no to side pipes, as you have a very low body kit, and adding side pipes would interupt its very flowing style. my suggestion is to scratch build a large rectangular center exit exhaust that comes out the center of the car under the read bumper.

I agree with the idea of the rear exhaust, since it would be more original. I do like the sidepipes, but whatever you think looks best! Square rear-exit would be my favorite! Good Luck!

Re: Exhaust help on shelby

Since you have a lot of bodywork on there I think the side exhaust would look good. Otherwise it looks "empty" around that area.

Side exhaust = yes. Side pipes = no!

or try and make something like this. Exhaust only of course , it is not very visible on this one but main idea is to make a little turete that is cut at some 40 degrese and the pipe is coming out at oposite angle.
