I have a great 1988 car that I need to sell. I purchased it for my wife as a suprise, but the suprise was on me- she had already purchased one. Recently repainted, it has professionaly tinted windows, runs and drives great! Excellent gas saving 4 cyl engine (77K), 5 speed with cruise control. The air blows freezing cold, the car drives straight and is rust free from Fla. I need a bigger car for work & regret having to sell. The bad: headlight motors work but weak ($5 kit to fix) and rear rotor is scored- that's it.
I am out of town most of the time and don't have time to play with it. There are so many body mods avail, keep it like it is or customize like crazy! For photos, email me at [email protected] & feel freee to call me at 607.624.8832 Last edited by Cougroovin; 06-24-2004 at 02:37 PM. |

Re: Fiero Notchback For Sale Awesome Car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Aren't they all notchbacks? Anyway, what kind of money are you thinking? I have the means to transport but 72 Dodge rollback tow trucks aren't exactly good on gas...
What year is it? Any chance the car has power windows?

Wanted to buy: 86-88 Fiero GT, 5 speed, fixer-upper. Blown motor, no motor? No problem! Rusty unibodies need not apply. 74-79 Ramcharger or 100, slant or no motor - not interested in v8 - Overdrive 4 is a big plus, NO hopeless rust buckets!!! 3Rd gen F body floor pans/camaro door skin (L) Why is it I see so many "Proud to be an American" bumper stickers on the backs of cars made in Japan or Korea??????

Re: Fiero Notchback For Sale Awesome Car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
the year is 1988, it is a 4 cyl and runs gr8. I would be interested in trading for a '69,'70'71 Lincoln Mark III, a decent pickup, an El Camino, '73 Monte Carlo or anything else that's interesting. My only concern is that it be at least be a project vehicle running well enough to be dependable while I refurbish it. It should also be a vehicle worth refurbishing, not a Neon, Sprint, Yugo... you get the idea. The Fiero does not have power windows, but does look great with the tinted windows, sunroof and spoiler!

Re: Fiero Notchback For Sale Awesome Car !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The Fiero was available as a notchback only until mid '86. They offered a V6 model notchback SE for '86 replacing the notchback '85GT V6 model until in mid year when they released the next official GT model which was a fastback model.
Then from '86 to '88 they offered both a fastback and a notcback Fiero and in '88 they released the Formula model to help show off the newly redesigned suspension. The fastbacks were only available as V6 GT models and from '86 1/2 to '88. Steve |
