to sleeve or not to sleeve

I'm interested in building a crvtec NA motor for a daily-driver civic. I have read several descriptions of weak sleeves in a B20...but most of the complaints are with peolpe running boost.
If my goals are NA dependability and around the <225HP mark, is it necessary and prudent to resleeve the block?
Am I better off resleeving anyway?
I don't want to spend the extra $1000-1200 if I don't have to, but don't want to crack sleeves either.
Is 200-225Hp a reasonable goal with a well-tuned non-race set up like I have described?
Your posts will be very helpful in my choice of engine, and I sincerely hope I am not repeating a thread.
