compression?

ok, just curious, since the vtec preludes have a high compression and if i put low compression pistons in would the low comp. pistons slow the car down? what i'm trying to say is, will low compression pistons add as much horse as the high comp. pistons?

the only reason I know someone would buy low compression pistons is if they're going FI.

the reason honda put high compression pistons was to get more power.

Reducing compression would effectively reduce your power output.
