Re: Countach in MOVIES!

Hello all, I am a Countach fan too.
When in Japan, years ago, I bought a video that I believe is kind of unique (VHS), it features the Countach,
history, information, and they show the one-of a-kind L150, that somehow ended in Japan, at least during the eighties.
In the video they mention a Japanese mafia-action
movie called "Yomigaeru-Ginro" or "The Silver Wolf reborn". Where there is a really exciting scene of one of Walter Wolf's Countachs, that ended up in Japan too.
I am trying to get my hands on that video at the moment.
Anyone interested in the Japanese Video of the Countach?

"Rice is single with daughter Sterling (left) . The Rice's enjoy the "good life," with an 80-foot sailing yacht lovingly named the Princess Sterling, and a $250,000 Lamborghini that was loaned to Ron's buddies, Burt and Hal for the movie "Cannonball Run." Rice's main residence in Daytona Beach is a $5.5 million palatial estate with four pools, a recording studio and a disco. In memory of his Dad, Ron had truck loads of granite brought down from North Carolina to provide the exterior for his home. Clyde Rice would have liked that."

can't believe nobody's mentioned the Countach in King Kong! Its a white old school countach, the one with no fender flares or wing (looks naked) King Kong steps on/crushes it, but its just a model , Loved that car since I saw that movie when I was 3 years old I shit you not!! Im almost positive the one in speed zone was fake, had the taillight covers, wrong wheels, and the door jambs look fishy when the doors are open... I could be wrong though since I dont even own a countach

Countach

Im preety sure there is a movie w/ a Lamborghini Countach in it. I dont remember the name (made late 80's to mid 90's??) where really nice cars were racing in it (preety sure its not cannonball 1 or 2) and a red lamgorhini COUNTACH was in the race. Another racer decided to trash the car, but instead of crashing the racers red Lamborghini, he crashes an exact replica of the car which belonged to another person that was not in the race (im sure it was a black dude eating chicken and the racers dudes end up getting there asses kicked? lolz) yea well thats all i remember.. plus it had really nice cars in it... ANYONE REMEMBER THIS MOVIE????? PLZ HELP!!

At the end he actually races against a Dino replica and blows up the dealership, oh yes, he also marries the salesperson that actually sold the car to him, a blonde girl that also starred in the series 'Dallas' if I got it right.

I had this one on tape but lost it while moving to another house, would love to get it on DVD though.

Is this the one where the replica mentioned was like a Trovari or something?
