Impala Noises - 2000

I have a 2000 Impala 3.8 V6

when accelerating I hear a sound that sounds like 'a card in a fan' or a kid sticking a cardboard in bicycle spokes.

Someone said it could be lifters or exhaust leak...

Any advice???
