how do i get a pic under my name

i see everyone has a car or picture under there screan name how do i do that?

go to the control panel and upload an avaitar. click User CP right above the modified magazine banner at the top of the page.

yeah but when i try to do that it say its either the wrong size or gif or tff or someshit its really starting to piss me off.

go to download.com and get a program called Easy Thumbnails, then change the size of the image to 100X100 pixels and use that new image.
