Disengaging the Airbags
I just bought a 97 wrangler and i am wondering where the disengage switch is for the airbags or if their even is one. I was looking at tuffy center consoles and i found one with a mount for the airbag switch which leads me to believe it would be somewhere near the shifter on the console i have now if their was one. If someone could help out this greenhorn it would be appreciated.

Re: Disengaging the Airbags
Check your owner's manual if you have one, the procedure is documented in there. You can either pull the fuse (located behind the glovebox) or disconnected something on the 100-way (or was it 50-way?) switch under the dash.
