Lubricate chassis?

What does this mean and how do you do it? What other things can you lubricate under the chassis and are their diagrams online on how to do it with pictures? Do you need special products or tools to do it?

All you need is a grease gun...(10-15 bux at most autoparts stores)

You would grease the following

Ball Joints (4... 2 per side)
Pittman arm
Idler Arm
U Joints (if aftermarket)
All tierod ends

Just pump grease into the nipples until the grease comes out the side...
