C5 VS Zo6's. Are Zo6's that much better?
Im looking to get a Vette for around $25,000
1999-2001 C5's are in that price range. 2001 ZO6's are as low as $29,000 Are Zo6's that much better then a C5? How much better is 405 HP compared to 385? Sorry for all the questions. This is such a big decision

well you can see a huge difference between 405 and 350hp and the ls6 is the fastest engine chevy has made to date...so i would think its well worth the money, and i love the rims....

Don't forget, the Z06 can handle circles around the regular C5... the LS6 engine is the bomb, but you can always mod your LS1 to 405 or however higher you want... but it'll take A LOT to make it handle like a Z06.

Hey I have owned both, had a 99 C-5 frc in white and now own a 03 Zo6 in red with a borla XR1 exhaust system and a set of }{RE 546 wheels 19x9 1/2 front 20x10 1/2 rear. Car is lowered 2 inches and it is BAD AzZ!!! I will say when driving normal you cant really tell the difference but when its time to drive the difference is night and day!!! this is what you will be doing if you get a c-5
