painting
I painted the hood of my 95 neon.. the clearcoat was coming off.. so i wetsanded it and got everything smooth.. then i painted and then clearcoated it.. its even and everything but i cant get it to shine like the rest of the car..i used rubbing compound and waxed it.. still nothing.. help please!!!
