Check engine code 71 & 72

OK, check engine light came on sunday morning on my way to work. Car started to stutter and misfire. Made it home and my dad checked the codes out. 71 & 72 are random misfire in cylinders 1&2. Possibly caused my many different things.
Ran fuel system cleaner, still misfiring, removed the MSD and Blaster coil, still misfiring. Oil is good, coolant is good, plugs are good, Distributor cap and rotor are good. Could this be cause by the Map sensor and IAC Valve going bad?? If so, why would it only affect 1 & 2??
Mods are Intake, Exhaust, Header, MSD w/ blaster coil, underdrive pulleys, plug wires, plugs, grounding wires. Completely stumped, any help would be appriciated.

Turns out not ALL plugs were good. Mechanic checked it out yesterday and the #1 plug was totaled. Looks like it slapped the piston. Somehow the timing belt jumped two teeth and then smack, there goes plug.

I was concerned about that too. But it turns out there was no damage other than the spark plug.

If there is no damage to valves conceder yourself lucky. And mechanic that did your timing belt should conceder himself lucky too.
