93 TURBO Civic - is this one worth it?

hey, i got some questions about puting a turbo in my 93 civic lx. not much power (hence the need for power). here is a link to a ebay page with a turbo that "seems" good. is it worth it and is it going to give me decent power? or should i be looking at $1000 brand name full turbo kits? it would be great if someone could tell me if i should save my money and buy a new car in a couple years and that i'm shitted out of hp and torque right now. thanks.

(also if i get a turbo will a "chip" help or no?)

build your own kit, you will be very happy with the power, the sleeper look, and the gas mileage.

you'll save yourself assloads. The last kit I priced was only $2700 and that was with everything you needed, including Hondata, boost controller, and turbo timer on top of all the turbo hardware. The only thing left to figure in the price was fittings and hoses and dyno time.
