2004 Ranger 3.0l Transmission

I Have A 2004 Ranger Edge 3.0l--the Auto Trans Is The Worst Clunkey Trans. Ive Ever Owned--it Bucks Around 45-50 On Excel.--will Snap Your Neck When It Shifts At Full Throttle ---any One Else Have These Probs??--ford Says Its Normal--lol
