PCM Connectors are bad...
My 99 Durango stalls and will restart after a few minutes, or until I wiggle the connectors on the PCM. I hear the fuel pump kick in and it starts right up. Any idea how to fix this?

Lot of info about this in "Dodge Help" thread, I think you've been there. Get a new PCM.
